This post represents my personal opinion; sometimes it makes sense, often not. I reserve the right to edit/delete offensive comments, but I wouldn't mind a couple of politically incorrect statements here and there.
Jorge Cosgayon is a twenty-something musician, artiste, and this is his blog. He thinks talking about himself in the third (turd?) person is so 2004, but does it anyway. Currently employed. Far From Sober. Plays lead guitar for FMD, and a couple of bands that have yet to do anything of note. Or have a name. Avid reader. Armchair activist. Armchair jock.
Would like to vote, but may be unable to go home.
Far From Neutral. It means taking a stand. It means having an opinion. It means caring enough about the world - enough to think about it, at least. And it means voicing that opinion out. Be it through music, writing, or art.
It doesn’t even mean having the right opinion, if there ever will be such a thing. Far From Neutral is my home on the web, my little corner of thought, my chance to have myself heard. And to hear others, as well. Simply having an opinion does not mean that you don’t have to listen to anyone else’s. There will always be at least two sides to every story, and even the middle ground is a valid opinion - and in most cases, the most productive one.
Does this mean that you have to listen to me? No. Take everything with a grain of salt, agree if you wish, disagree at your pleasure. You have your own opinion, and I respect that. I’m not here to change your world view. Just give you a peek of mine.
